Andrea Anders (born May 10 1975 in Madison, Wisconsin) is an American actress, better known for her role when Alex Garrett on the sitcom Joey on NBC. She graduated from either DeForest Region High School within DeForest, Wisconsin in 1993, and went in for the Bachelor's Degree inside Art from either University of Wisconsin - Stevens Point in 1997. Late, around 2001, she earned a Master of the Art from either Rutgers University in New Jersey. She tried retired for many Broadway plays around New York City before moving to the Los Angeles area in 2003.

Prior to making it in Joey, she made appearances in the television shows Law & Order, Oz, and Tru Calling, and also in the remake of the movie The Stepford Wives.
